Development Review Committee
Chair - John Woods

The Development Review Committee generally meets on the first Tuesday of the month at 5:30 at the Swim and Tennis Club (prior to the Regional Issues meeting). It reviews and comments upon any projects that may be submitted to the city for development or significant modification (e.g. the RB Inn’s ballroom).

Following are meeting dates for 2008. Please be sure to check each month to see if meetings have either been cancelled or rescheduled.

** In the months of May and October the first Tuesday falls after the Administration meeting at which we set the agenda for the monthly planning board meeting. In order to address any committee issues that need to be heard, DRC and Regional Issues meets on the Tuesday preceding the Administration meeting which ends up being the last Tuesday of the previous month!

March 4, 2008 Development Review meeting is adjourned
The purpose of the Development Review Committee is to 'review' projects as submitted by the City Of San Diego. The only item submitted this month was received by me on Thursday February 28th. In order to give the applicant and the committee Chair adequate time to prepare for hearing-this item will not be heard at this months committee meeting. With no other projects submitted for review the March 4, 2008 Development Review Committee is adjourned. The next regularly scheduled meeting in Tuesday, April 1, 2008
